Pork Cube Steak Green Cabbage, shredded
1-2 Carrots, shredded Medium Onion, Diced
Salt & Pepper to taste Rolls, (we prefer ciabatta)
Seasoned Mayo (recipe to follow)
Using a large non-stick skillet, sauté cabbage, onion and carrots until nicely caramelized. While that is cooking, season your pork cube steak and cook in a little oil until cooked through and a nice crust has developed on each side. Apply a generous amount of seasoned mayo to both sided of each roll. As you can see from the photos, we chose to use garlic toast this time. On the bottom bun, put your pork cube steak. Top with a generous amount of cabbage and the top bun. Now sit back and enjoy!
